THE SAINT

As you fighting on that sickbed

We out here hoping this ain't the end

The doctor assured us nothing will go wrong

Mama said just like papa you're strong

Hey do you remember the coffeeshop lady

The one you stole my card to buy her a teddy

Yes I remember her name Hannah

She brought you her smile and a banana

I hope you recall how you bragged about it

She's hoping you'll say something or just eat

You not a priest but your favorite place was the temple

You said it was the best hideout even from the devil

You got everyone's attention

They all pray for a benediction

Though I was the black sheep of the family

You believed in me honestly

In scorching sun you're like a patch of shade

You touched our hearts and now you want to fade

You never hesitated to swim against the tide

Every narrow path you took you made it wide

In an endless desert you're like an oasis

You never hesitated to take your chances

On a bruised heart you're like a soothing balm

Oh! Please open your eyes we'll slaughter the fat ram

In our darkest nights you're like the moon

We all hope you get well soon.
