BROKEN SHELLS

Do you see broken shells in my heart? 
What I crave is a good life for all 
A purposeful life for man living with dreams 
A creature carefully created and adored 
A soul burning with passion 
To make a difference in an obscured world 
Uncaptivated by prejudice or pride for self 
Meaningless and unfulfilled is a heart without a purpose 
Every day I ask myself, to impact the word 
How uncompromising can I be?

EVERY DAY WITH THE LORD

Everyday with the Lord is sweeter than the day before
Like a river flowing down the valley
His blessings throughout my life evolve
My heart is filled with everlasting joy

Enemies encamped about to destroy me
Everywhere I go, the Lord walks ahead of me
Like the length of the sky above the earth
I can not measure the greatness of His love

Today, I am a better woman
I can boldly walk around with a smile
Today, I can sing and glorify His name
The stars in my life  never ceased to smile

DON'T GIVE ME AWAY

Why are you trying to give me away?
Do you know you are heartless and mean? 
In your heart, thought I could not be replaced
Can not believe you took me for a bait,

That I am just a old dirty toy
Now that you have found a new toy in the store
Someone who is more attractive to you
Truth is I am fed up with your stupid game

Know that I can not easily be put away
I am going to do everything to hurt you too
No more taking me for a total fool
It is high time we both step on pitch and play
