Oh God! let me have a pair of wings
To fly down the past, where I could not live
But cherished all along
Let me have a pair eyes to look and appreciate
All that is beautiful and romantic, the smile
Of a child to the scenic beauty of earth
The bewitching looks of a girl in her teens to The dainty cheeks of a newly wed
Let me have a heart
To feel and reciprocate
Love in all its colours
Beauty in all its forms
That I sadly missed
Over the years
Let me have a mind
That never roams and
Hangs on to the object of love
So fulfilling and beautiful
In this world of glamours

It is never too late
To put up a fight
The moon may be up
While the sun may be down
It does not mean life can not wear a smile
The stars and moon makes life beautiful
In as much the sun brings warmth
To the world after winter is gone
The man pulling a chart across the street
Might not be rich as the person working in a bank
Because he does not put on a red tie and black suit
Does not mean he had to beg to feed
The trees do not beg the earth for water
Yet she grows tall and reach the sky
Under her wings the birds nest for shelter
The earth restored by the little seeds that falls off her heels
Life sometimes teaches us silly lessons
Like a man who tills the ground to feed
He does not need to fight for freedom
His house got all the resources they need
Watch around you oh beloved brother
Does death have the mandate
To walk about knocking at a helpless woman's door
Stop the hate and life will be filled once again with joy
