HOW LONG?

How long will I wait?
How long will I be standing
Contemplating what would happen
If I can't stand it any more?

VAGABOND

Conceived into a world uncircumcised
A heart primed from the gratitude's of life
The whole essence of life soaked on the street
Shelter a luxury many years deprived

On the roof of time, the wind of hope fades
Family and friends lost and gone
Love deprived of her countenance
Pertinence subdued by disease and poverty

Denuded of a taste of well-being
Walking through the sidewalk in the dark
Soul striving to justify fate yet reside
With man wandering a thousand miles

Weary, thirsty, hungry, lost and cast out
Vagabond stood holding life in his hand
Confused if being alive or dead can be justified
Or will life go round in a circle until man is wiped out of the sky

A JOURNEY HOME

I have got that feeling burning in my soul
But I can't seem to take control
My heart touched with a love so rare
By someone who always care

He walks with me down the valley
When I am down , He is there for me
He holds the ladder for me
For all my dreams to be

He leads the pathway to joy and happiness
A place a wandering soul can find rest
The sun reflect in my heart
It became whole since I met Christ

There is a fountain flowing deep and wide
It fills the thirst in my heart which once reside
Oh glory and hallelujah to His mighty name
For a life spent with Him is eternity gain
