AMBITION OF A WRITER

The sun seems to last in a writer's heart

Shedding the voices locked inside

To the hill taken is a message to the wind

Blind in thought, but open in mind

Yet the sky may be out of reach

To the world, there is a message to preach

All night the heart seeks retribution

For a world heading into destruction

A writer sees the world through his heart

A fool standing for what’s right

He is the voice on the street until he dies

His comfort sacrificed for the hopeless

He stands for a world inequality is not tolerated

A good life for all, under the sun and cloud

He seeks not a heart honor-bound

The ambition of a writer is to be heard

STRENGTH OF A WOMAN

A Poem Celebrating Women across the world....

A woman nurture the birth of the world
With hope, love, kindness and care
God blessed the world in her womb
She is divine in nature and full of grace

Her plea exonerate the unity of man
Night and day, she looks out for the well-being of her child
Her tears cleans the sky and mold the heart
For the world never to be sad

Today, life is made beautiful
Out of the countenance of a woman's virtue
She carries the burden of the world
For our children's children to have a brighter day

Thank God for the perseverance of a woman
For she is the apple of God's eye
Forged with the very essence of life
So that the world will never die

If I told you I have a crush on you
Will you be allowed to give your love to me?
My thoughts are planted and watered for you
Would give away all I've got to be with you

If I told you I will take a fall for your pain
Would you let me lend you my heart for yours not to get hurt again?
Don't ever want to see you cry or sad
I will stand by you all through the night

If I told you, you're the one I am dreaming of
Will take a hit for you to prove I am not a bluff
Just someone around to make you smile
A friend to kiss away the tears in your eyes

I came across an angel

Her smile so radiant it lights the hallway

She walks like a rose kissed by the wind

Her looks so unique it keeps the world bewild

I stood staring in excitement and admiration

For a moment completely lost track of time

The world seems to had paused around her

To behold someone so gorgeous and elegant

In my thought wished I could hug her

Have her autograph written in my heart

I could walk the hallway a thousand times over

Just so I can catch a glimpse again of her

GRASS TO GRACE

Every day my ambition grows

It crawled, walked and run

Life smacked me on the head

But it never kill my appetite

I was haunted, rejected and ridiculed

My dream and vision never shallow

The sun came and rested on my shoulder

And stars filled the clouds in my heart

Never did I stop dreaming of a better day

Almost gave up hope but faith came to stay

Life gave me a hug and pat on the back

As God took me up from grass to grace

It never crossed my heart
I will find a friend so true
When I saw you in a blue top and jean
I knew you where the woman in my dream

As the train cruise by the terminal
My heart paused and took a long stare
At your smile, intriguing but rare
Such that the world evolves around you

I saw your footprint on the cloud
You've walked all over my heart
Tomorrow, I will wait for you
For you made the world smile

Heaven rejoice on this day
As God proclaim your name
The sea can't curtail your blessing
The sky can't limit your glory
They fly so high beyond the sky
They spread so wide and fill the earth
Yesterday walked away for a brand new day
Renewed this day is God to you His grace
For you've got every reason to celebrate
On a day so special
You came into our lives
And the sun forever smiles
