PICKING ROSES

I went out picking roses

I wanted to forever cherish you

The beauty of the morning

Is perfect with touch of the morning dew

The sun light reflecting from the east

Like a touch of gold it felt when I kissed your pretty lips

I wish the sun pauses each morning

And paint a portrait of you in my heart

The fragrance of your love is imaginable

It is spotless, can't be subdued if the world lapse

Can I plant a piece of you on the flower vase in my heart?

So you will always be there to make me smile

Wake up each morning filled with memories of you and me

For you are the reason why my life is so beautiful at sunrise

A BLANK WORLD

No sky, no rain

No night, no day

No life or death

No rivers, no lands

No hills or mountains

No clouds floating

No air to breathe in

No moon and no sun

No trees and flowers

No farms to tile and no crops

No sand the feet to walk on

No forest and no animals to feed on

No birds flying on the sky

No rainbow and no dew

No past or present to follow

No east, south, north or west

No sons or daughters to hug

No hatred, fighting and killing

No graves and souls to grieve

No time, no today, no future

No sights for there's nothing to see

No heaven, but a world around

A blank world life would be

If there is no God who created thee

JOY EVERLASTING

On the 8th day in September, the wind was friendly

It cuddled you into our arms in the morning

The hallway was silent with moments of excitement

When an angel came and welcomed you into our home

You're so pretty, the brightness of the sun couldn't match your smile

You brought us joy that echoes millions of mile

Our hearts leap with an eternal and everlasting joy

You reminded us of the feelings of life so beautiful

I saw an angel sat by the bed with gifts in her hands

Gift of life, love, inner strength, prosperity, hope and success

Many couldn't have the privilege we did today

We thank God for making you a member of our family this day

From the depth of our hearts, we will always love you

And to God we shall forever be grateful
