BACK ON THE SCENE

The movie playing is blank
Best memories gone
I looked at the stars at night
I put on the table lamp

Found you missing in my heart
Between the pages of the script
Never did I plan to write a love story
But the scene comes alive

When ever I think of you
Wish I knew the path the wind's taking
It would've been easier not to fall in love with you
Now its difficult to live without you

In the morning when the sun set
It lights up feelings I have for you
Its been years I tried to finish the movie
But how can I if truly you don't exist

Everyday seems not a new day
Fruitlessly I tried to put myself up
But only you can best match my heart
Life is worthless without you on the scene

LONG GONE

I made a fool of myself 
Saw the sun walking away 
Yet thought life would be alright 
Not until you said goodbye

I waited many lonesome nights 
A falling star drift from the sky 
The night timid, felt really sad 
You aren't coming back 

Broke my promises that I would stop 
The pulses in my heart from loving you 
Lay in the shadow in tears 
It wasn't enough to shed you out of my life

Must have known you touched me in a special way 
And drove my feelings way out of reach 
Like the tenderness of the wind caressing the tree 
But you're gone now and out of the picture

Wish I can find the courage to move on 
Get over a miserable night in the storm 
If only in your heart there is a star 
That best memories of the time we've both had
