BATTLEFIELD

When you are in the battlefield
The enemy armed and ready for war
Drop your arms, throw up a white flag
It is high time to call for a truce

We want peace and no more war
How can we tell our children stories
Of violence, murder and destruction
And blame the gods for our deeds

On both side, war is self-destruct
In our homes, loved ones are deceased
This brings sadness and hate
To an already dilapidated society

We ought to fight to save the world
Tyranny from harming our children unborn
When the sun set at the edge of a new day
Embrace one another with an open hand

I SWEAR

I see the questions in your heart
I see the thoughts running in your mind
As Valentine day come and goes by
You asked, is he  leaving me or does he still love me?

What I feel about you is genuine and real
Every thing about you is worth a lot
I could not afford to lose such a precious gem
In my lonely night you are the stars

I am so sorry you are all alone
I wish my love could be your cloud
Cover all your sadness into a tender smile
And bind the stars in your heart

Every hour, everyday, I think about you
Like sunrise, I feel the warmth of loving you
Wish you are here dancing with me tonight
Holding me tight while I lead you through the night

I LOVE YOU

A LETTER TO CYNTHIA

Dear Cynthia
Pardon me to dip my pen into an ink
And pour out my feelings in black and white
The Lurking feelings I have been holding back

For years I have been lonely and sad
Walking around with an unsettled mind
I could not fight my emotions right in front of you
Dying in abject silence, yet nothing I could do

When a man is in love, he becomes broken and weak
To the alluring qualities that sums a woman's heart
Her looks, her charming smile and sense of humor
They are too inviting to look away from, this has no cure

For me girl, can you keep a secret?
I love you more than a child  loves chocolate
Thoughts of you have shattered my heart
They are endlessly runing free inside

I sat under the moonlight and imaging what you see
When you look up the sky past the tree
Do you see a picture of you and me?
Strolling down the ridges in your dream

Wherever this letter may find you
Know that someone out there cares about you
And is dying of a symptom un-diagnosed
For a reason of genuine love withhold
