It’s not the same since you walked out of my life

I can't feel my heartbeat, am scared it wouldn't survive

I have been fighting with these feelings for decade

I could never understand why been around you makes me feel like a child

The sky is never far from reach whenever you're around

The sun kisses the moment I met you, our hearts it completely bond

Every morning I walk by the sea, hoping the waves would wash you ashore

Am not been selfish, just want to hold you in my arms once more

All through April I wore a smile

The candle light in my heart burning high

But the cold wind gives my feeling the chill

It became broken but never ill

The grasses are greener this season

But I couldn't find water to quench the taste within

I’ve got no way out of this on my own

I don't think I can cope, can't hang on alone

Please, call me an angel to ease this pain

Maybe a touch from him will make my day sane

I don't want to be weary searching for love

All I ask is a kiss to my heart of his love

You told me you are doing fine

Search your heart and tell me it's not a lie

Thought I'll find your smile between the stars

But it's blown away and left behind a scar

So I looked deep down the moments spent with you

Don't see you hugging me in my dreams, not like you used too

Why are you hiding your feelings behind a fragile smile?

Why you spending the night all alone, when I could lend you mine?

The storm's coming; please don't get your emotion tossed away

Don't need to change the way you feel about me today

I am not leaving without a piece of you in my heart stay

Can't let this guilt go astray, not like yesterday
