When I think of you

I always catch a glimpse of your pretty smile

I must have had a million reasons to love you this much

Or haven’t your friends told you how special you are?

The warmth everyone feels whenever you’re around

I don’t mean to brag

But I picture you as a shining star

Always there to brighten my heart

When you’re sometimes a million miles away

I keep getting fond of you

This explains why I am so content anytime I hear your sweet voice

I see your beauty everywhere

I see it any time I look out my window

You are the reason why my world has been beautiful lately

Why at night I can sleep like a baby

We have all gone through difficult times in life

Sometimes things get better; sometimes they get worse

Sometimes we feel deserted and denuded

Sometimes we feel despair and discontent

And sometimes things becomes overwhelming

Many have worked hard in life for years

But success seems so unreachable

We all have one special day in our lives

When we are blessed and filled with so much love

A day when all our worries and fears are forgotten

We set goals, dream about them and hope they come true

Friends keep us warm with joy and smile they share with us

They remind us there is always hope in a smile

God have been watching over every one of us

Waiting patiently so we can tell him our dreams

I remembered the other day He complained

That we don’t know what it means to be covered by his blood

Tonight, He wants to walk with you and me side by side

Because He doesn’t want us to lack any more in our lives

I MISSED YOU

It’s been unbelievably 10 years since you left us

But still I find it difficult to accept it that you are no longer with us

I missed your care, love and support and also your jokes
I missed your advice, encouragement and especially your delicious meals

A thousand tears may not bring you back into our lives

But memories of the good times we spent together will

It will continue to linger in our hearts forever

We want you to know that we will forever love you

And from the depth of our hearts, we missed everything about you

Thank you for impacting our lives and for shearing the wills and wishes of a brother

You are in paradise now, in God’s heavenly abode
Am jealous that God loves you more than we do

He didn’t give us more time to spend with you

But I will always have a portrait of you painted in my heart
