WALK ON BY

If one day you are walking by and see me crying
You don't need to stop by to check on how I am fending
I am only shedding tears for the mistakes I have done
And try to pick up the pieces so I can move on
Walk on by

You might see me sitting on the subway with my face down looking sad
Waiting for a train that's heading south
It's okay I need some time alone
To pour out the burdens troubling my heart and soul
Walk on by

You might be walking with an umbrella on
And approached me in the rain all soaked, cold and alone
Please, l just got my heart broken by my fiancé
I am in the rain maybe it will wash away my tears and pains
For I thought I fell in love for the right reasons
Walk on by

If you notice am depressed and looking pale
You feel concerned and want to lend a helping hand
Please walk away and don't bother
I have just been duped of my savings by a brother
I am just trying to get over it, if I can ever trust another
Walk on by

If you see me walking on the street disdain and frustrated
There is no need to come over to cheer me up for a friend
I am just trying to figure out the reasons why I have been working so hard for years
And can't afford a decent apartment for more than 5 years
Walk on by

If you see me at the park boarding a bus heading to the village
It because I have gotten fed up with the high cost of living in the city
I am going back home, I can't stand it anymore
Living a life with nothing to show for
Walk on by

If you see me sad and mournful and you feel like given me a hug
Please don't, I have just lost someone dear to me to sickness not long
I can't imagine how I could keep living in this world
I have just lost the very thing treasured in this world
Am mournful maybe the sun will shine again in my heart today
Walk on by

I am not trying to push you away from comforting me
Or from sharing in my pains as a friend that's dear to me
Walking by helps me meditate and get over the situations am going through
It gives me time alone to figure out how I can start life anew

KIDS ARE LITTLE ANGELS

Kids are little angels; they bring out the best in you
Kids don't keep grudges, they teach you to love and bring out the beauty in you
Kids ask questions to know if you they can rely on
Kids’ lies sometimes, they feel the truth might hurt you

Kids are little angels; they take everyone for a friend
Kids forgives if you  can't keep a promise because they understand
Kids takes corrections, they always want to learn
Kids keeps a home alive, you can sense there smiles everywhere
Kids teaches you to be caring, they want you to always watch there back

Kids are little angels; they bring joy in our lives when we are sad
They believe and trust you by given you their hand
For they know you can never let them down
Kids don't worry about tomorrow; they know it’s in God's hand
Kids don't forget friends; they always want to keep in touch with a friend
Kids don't believe in the word impossible
They know they can always get the things they need from God all through
Kids are God's little angels sent to watch over me and you

NO ONE ELSE

No one else make me feel like you do
No one else touch my heart like you do
No one else love me completely like you do
No one else makes me smile like you do
No one else believe in my dreams like you do
No one else supported me when I was down like you do
No one else makes me feel as special as you do
No one else is as patient with me as you do
No one else knows me truly as you do
When life was hard, I had no one else to turn to but you
