THE SAINT

As you fighting on that sickbed

We out here hoping this ain't the end

The doctor assured us nothing will go wrong

Mama said just like papa you're strong

Hey do you remember the coffeeshop lady

The one you stole my card to buy her a teddy

Yes I remember her name Hannah

She brought you her smile and a banana

I hope you recall how you bragged about it

She's hoping you'll say something or just eat

You not a priest but your favorite place was the temple

You said it was the best hideout even from the devil

You got everyone's attention

They all pray for a benediction

Though I was the black sheep of the family

You believed in me honestly

In scorching sun you're like a patch of shade

You touched our hearts and now you want to fade

You never hesitated to swim against the tide

Every narrow path you took you made it wide

In an endless desert you're like an oasis

You never hesitated to take your chances

On a bruised heart you're like a soothing balm

Oh! Please open your eyes we'll slaughter the fat ram

In our darkest nights you're like the moon

We all hope you get well soon.

I DO NOT NEED YOUR LOVE

I do not need your love
I have had enough
I have no more tears to sheared
You can’t hurt me anymore
Don’t bother trying to get back to me
No more playing games
I don’t need your bullshit at all
Save it for someone who cares

FORGIVE US

Forgive us of our uselessness
Forgive us of our unfaithfulness
Forgive us of our unrighteousness
Suffer us not to perish

We kill one another out of selfish gain
For earthly treasure which are merely in vain
There is no light in the darkness we seek
At the end of the tunnel brings only death

Though sin dwell among us
In your presence there is fullness of grace
Only in you will our heart not be broken
Our sins pardon and forsaken

As a nursing mother never forgets her child
Forget us not oh dear Lord
As our tastes are different
So also our problems are different

Visit us at the point of our need
And in our heart plant a new seed
Help us to grow in understanding
For your love which is unending

Instead of praising you in time of challenges
We murmured out of our foolishness
We forget your blessings in the past
How at the table you provided our daily bread

We are guilty of our sins, please forgive us
Bring thy judgment not upon us
But thy wroth taken away
Make us partakers of thy salvation today
