A LETTER TO CYNTHIA

Dear Cynthia, Pardon me to dip my pen into a ink
And pour out my feelings in black and white
The Lurking feelings I have been holding back
For years I have been lonely and sad

Walking around with an unsettled mind
I could not fight my emotions right in front of you
Dying in abject silence, yet nothing I could do
When a man is in love, he becomes broken and weak

To the alluring qualities that sums a woman's heart
Her looks, her charming smile and sense of humor
They are too inviting to look away from, this has no cure
For me girl, can you keep a secret?

I love you more than a child possibly loves chocolate
Thoughts of you have shattered my heart
They are endlessly running free inside
I sat under the moonlight

Imaging what you see
When you look up the sky past the tree
I could see a picture of you and me
Strolling down the ridges in my dream

Wherever this letter may find you
Know that someone out there cares about you
And is dying of a symptom un-diagnosed
For a reason of genuine love withhold

I AM COMING HOME

The distance between us seems unending
Every time I want to be close to you
When ever I try to reach out to you
The sky is getting further away my rear view

Am I still in love with you?
This to the heart I regretfully asked
Without doubt, I love you very much
Even for a friend I shouldn't have been far away from

I am tired of drifting beyond the sea
A sailor shipwrecked and floating in an open sea
The heart will not survive such cruel life very long
Thoughts of losing you is sinking deep

Believe me, I know how awful it gets
Laying under the cloud in the wake of a lonely night
All my life is centered around you
The air I breath, the water I drink, my appetite

I am sorry for the discomfort I put you through
Should the feelings build around you collapses
I would hate the world and everything in it
Not even the sun will bring back my smile

You may say I don't understand a women's heart
Watching tears dripping as the candle burns out
For what ever reason, please do not hang my call Darling hold on, I am coming home

ALL FOR YOU

Can I sip your wine?
Can I ask for more?
Can I kiss your lips?
Like never before

Can I hold your hands?
Walk you down the hall
Can I show you love?
Like you have never felt before

Can I take you with me ?
Through this world of mine
Hold close when you slip
And never let you fall

I will be there for you
All your needs to care for
Sing to you all the melodies
A young heart would die for

Someone your pains to bear
Buy you a smile for a start
Just so we can play it fair
I will give you a head start
