THE GIRL IN MY DREAM

I woke up in the morning
Can not find the right sense of mind
Emotion twisted and running wild
My feelings became empty and bald

I could not detect where to find you
I looked for you in the centre of the world
But someone took away the sun
Just when I was trying to be bold

I have been seeing you laying in my dream
The cloud took off her cloth
Showing off to the world, how you are beautiful
To hold your hand, I have to contend with the world

TO LOVE AN ANGEL

I found you in a time
My heart was young and tender
You were God's perfect plan
Always wrote in my heart a song

It has been four lonesome years
The last time I felt your touch
When I was down
You make me smile

I wished you hold my hands
And never leaves
Wished when you told me I will be back
You were not painfully saying goodbye

When you get to the city above the hill
Paved with gold, sunrise to sundown
Keep your pillow warm for me
Do not want your night to be cold without me

You know I can not visit right now
But it does not mean I would stop to care
Because I could only have one love
I am happy when I am with you

The more I think of you
My heart leaps with joy
No one knows what it feels
To be kissed by an angel from God

I can not wait to be with you in heaven
To live with you the rest of our lives
I am packed, just waiting for the train
Without you, life will never be the same

Dedicated to Late Dr. Michael Mieyefaa Young Arney... With love by Chisara Young Arney.

LIFELINE

We need a fresh start
There is so much sadness
Eating up the world
I can not understand

Why everyone is silence
Yet the atmosphere is looming with violence
Tell me, is it actually true?
There is nothing anyone can do

I can not take this anymore
What the heck are we fighting for?
How can we face tomorrow?
If in every household there is sorrow

You may say I am not guilty
My heart is not filthy
I hold no grudges with anyone
I love my neighbors as much I love my son

But when last to your parents, you made a call?
When was the last time you gave aids to the poor?
Do you hold pride in your heart?
Do you for a reason wear envy in your heart?

Can't you see the world is crumbling over your head?
She is hopelessly falling apart, soon will be dead
You have all that the world is relying on
In someone's dark life, you can be the sun
