TO LOSS SOMEONE YOU LOVE

What it means 
To loss someone you love
This is indescribable
The pain growing inside my heart
I would trek a thousand miles
If I can find a way to get closer to you
I love the tender years you watched me grow

I will treasure my childhood memories 
Of walking around in your shoes
How you cuddle me in your arms
Watch me grow into someone beautiful
Last night I had an awful dream
I could not find you around to sleep by my bed
I refuse to accept that you are now gone
Who is going to watch over me?

I am not trying to get attention
But life will never be the same without you
How can I smile again, if I can not find joy
It all seem like my world is going under
I have a plan, I have made up my mind
One day I am going to make you smile again
I promise not to let you down, I will be strong 
Please wait for me, Until we meet again in heaven

I AM LOST

I am lost 
But I would not sit an cry
There may be no one to help me
There maybe no one looking for me

I am going to hold on to my pride
Never give in to self doubt
With no one to guide me
I would not let fear tear me apart

I have learnt to look inside me
When I need someone to talk to
Only he understands my feeling
And the pain I am going through

There is no amount of consolation
That can unbind a heart prone to defeat
Once hope and courage is lost
It takes a life time to be back on track

No one can hurt me
If I do not consent to defeat
At the other side of the grieving wall
There is a world made of  imagination

There is a firing will burning inside me
The wind can never put it out
The splashing water from the sea can not affect it
I will let not my dream be deterred

ALMAJIRI

A child deserves education
A child deserves to have a home 
He needs health care
Good clothes and shoes
And friends to play with
Not lavishing his life on the street
Shattered and without a dream
He should not be deprived of love
Almajiri deserved better life too
I wondered why in this modern age
We can not find an appropriate policy 
Protecting the rights of a Nigeria child
Instead he is punished for our misdeed
