KING OF KINGS

He has been so good to me

He is the lover of my soul

Everything about me He can see

My trail and temptation He knows

His mercy never runs out

The world marveled at His awesomeness

For Jesus Christ is a mighty Lord

The king of kings and Lord of Lords

For my sake, a selfless sacrifice He made

A King who listens to the cry of his people

When I am weary, He gave me strength not to faint

When I am asleep, He keeps me far away from evil

In His hands, there is love in abundance

For everything I need in life, He is more than able

All that I need is to call on His name so precious

SLIPPED AND FALL

Every time I slipped and fall 
I pull myself up together 
Stumbled upon a world chastened 
Mud on my face, tattered cloth 

 A wall stood at the edge of my faith 
Compromising everything I believed 
The world tries to destroy me 
But could not get the best of me 

The stream of life Reflecting on my awful past 
Enemies mocked me, so does fools 
Thought when I fall
I will be doomed 

It was easy to prove them wrong 
For someone walking with a burning will
Through storm and tempest 
Defeat completely denied 

The devil tried to take my soul away 
A thousand fools surrounded me 
From the east comes a strong wind 
My strength renewed from heaven  

The scars I got from brutal bruises 
Could not hinder the brightness of the stars
I slipped and fall but never give up 
For on God foot I stand

It is not time to make a change

I am not talking about self righteousness 
Of living a false life 
This is not about your achievements 
The model of car you drive 

 It got nothing to do with your pride 
Whether it is sold or safely stashed

If you are always hiding in the dark 

 All I want is someone there for me 
Whom got no grudges to hold back 
But the passage of friendship see

When I was a teenager
I used to get all dressed up
Put on the best of cloths
When me and girl are hanging out

Wanted everything to perfect
I only got one golden moment
I knew if I look good
No one else would stand a chance

Back then love was not stereotyped 

A guy needs to be smart
If he wants a attract the right girl

Conscious of the things she loves

Just so that he can impressed her 

He writes a romantic love note
A token of gift to show he appreciates her
He would not take her love for granted

But nowadays, love has lost her essence
So much frustrated relationships 

Every where I turned, I see broken homes
It is frustrating that no one seem to care

When a man appreciates and love a woman
Winter never comes between his feelings
True love can withstand any weather

Dear Cynthia, Pardon me to dip my pen into a ink
And pour out my feelings in black and white
The Lurking feelings I have been holding back
For years I have been lonely and sad

Walking around with an unsettled mind
I could not fight my emotions right in front of you
Dying in abject silence, yet nothing I could do
When a man is in love, he becomes broken and weak

To the alluring qualities that sums a woman's heart
Her looks, her charming smile and sense of humor
They are too inviting to look away from, this has no cure
For me girl, can you keep a secret?

I love you more than a child possibly loves chocolate
Thoughts of you have shattered my heart
They are endlessly running free inside
I sat under the moonlight

Imaging what you see
When you look up the sky past the tree
I could see a picture of you and me
Strolling down the ridges in my dream
