IF I HAD EVERYTHING

If I had everything
Thought I will be alright
There was a moment in time
I felt emptiness inside

The world is vogue
She got her own plans
It’s a miracle, a life without consequence
Like walking on the highway blindfolded

If I had everything
I wouldn’t fall ill or die
Isn’t it strange how the clock ticks?
It never takes a second back

Life is short, yet we work hard
Unforeseen is the tragedy of life
For the world is imperfect
Can’t allow it to tear me apart

If the world move in circle
How can I turn back the hand of time?
Sometimes I wish life would pass
And take the rocks out of my path

If I had everything
Life will still be incomplete
I could throw pebbles into the sea
It doesn’t take the night from the sky

I think I’ve got just a choice to make
Put my nightmares and dreams
In a sack of fate
And watch it while the night falls asleep
