SHEEP IN THE RAIN

I am a sheep wandering in the rain
All soaked and lonely, no shelter or refuge
I am dying silently everyday in  pain
Betrayed, accused, deprived and forsaken
Suffering inevitably of guilt for my dignity
I have for long searching for a heart to accept me
Thriving to unjustified the curse the world has put on me
No one to aid the love i yield
Rejected by brothers, families, friends and the world itself
Not perfect for who i am, but human like everyone else
Why is it difficult for one to believe in my dreams?
Why can't anyone accept me for who i am?
I am left strained in the rain, soaked and cold
I am left in the rain to fend on my own
I am a sheep in the rain left to struggling all alone

SEARCHING FOR LOVE

I search for love
Look around for ears
That would listen to me
I listen for a voice 
That talks about this love i seek
I search for a shoulder i could lean on
For someone i could talk to
Someone i could pour my heart out to
I search for a friend but could not find
A friend who can love unconditionally
Then i realised i have been looking down
I looked up to the cross and found my love
For he proved to be all i needed and searching for 
I found the love of Jesus in giving His life on the cross for me

CRAZILY IN LOVE WITH YOU

I stood out in the world
Lonely staring at the cloud
I am confused because I don't understand
Why am I feeling lonely despite I have you?
Men are supposed to be strong
But I ain't when it comes to you
It's difficult spending a day without you
For the heart I can't blame
I am crazily in love with you

WHY I FELL IN LOVE WITH YOU?

Do you know why i fell in love with you?

Aside you been extremely attractive

Having a good sense of humor

Understanding, a friend and companion

Beside the fact that you stole my heart away

You believed in me and believed in my dreams

And supported me in fulfilling my dreams

Beside you having a tender heart

Caring and always looking out for me

I am sorry i can't think of anything else

Except that i can never stop loving you

LAST NIGHT

Last night you meant the world to me
You were the moon, star and the cloud to me

Last night i forgot all the pains i was going through
My mind, body and soul was completely home with you

Last night you reminded me what the feeling of love is like deep inside  
I was submerged in your love as it pierce through my heart

Last night when you kissed me and caressed my body with your hands
It felt like i was in heaven and you were my guardian angel

Last night my heart was out of control for you
I couldn't stop the pulses in my heart from falling in love with you

Last night when your body gently touches mine
The night was young, i had a sensation like i was nine

Last night my dreams came through
I fell in love with you and my heart became brand new

Last night i lost the track of time
I was willing to spend the rest of my life with you for a dime

last night was a special night for me
Your love sprang up the seed of love in me

You believed in me and promised never to let me go

Your smile light up the world around

Your fragrance brings out the beauty of the cloud

Your beauty make the moon look shallow, as your glory covers the sky

At dark the wind whispers your names and echoes it afar

Amidst the tiny crystal that sparkles up in the sky

Your smile is as bright as the star when I stare at you

It seems the night would never allow the day to dawn

You’ve got to keep shining like the star that you are

Someone out there needs a hope that love can lead him back home

Take a pip and see how much you have changed my world

The melody of the tonight can't be compare with anything else

I couldn't stop staring at you over and over again

Like I have long await to catch a glimpse of a shooting star

If tonight seems to be staying a bit longer,
I am going to stay awake all through the night

Smile with you and watch the world with you

Maybe someday I will have a clue how to put a smile in someone’s life

And make them beautiful just like you have always made mine

I AM GOING HOME

I have made up my mind that i am going home

I have been out working for years and got nothing to be proud of

It’s been so miserable living in a shame like i got nothing to live for

I can’t afford an apartment and can't afford a decent meal

Like the prodigal son, i want to go back home and have peace of mind

It's enough living an outward life; I’ve got families back home that care

I am going to be in good hands, i have got nothing to get my mind worried

I am not getting younger; my hope of getting a job is diminishing

I have tried everything i could think of, and am losing the zeal of life completely

I missed the love i enjoyed each day back home.

I missed the homely care, support and the laughter back home

Life is so difficult; i have lost my sense of judgment

I rarely find justice living in this world; if it does i know i can't afford one

I am already packed and ready to go back home

Do you want to come with me? There is no need to suffer anymore

I have got a plan to start life anew and make penance for my shortcoming

I am going home, i want to try and live like a man

This can't be too much to ask for one to live a decent life

I have to face life like a man and make it bow for me

For it is never too late to make it in life today or tomorrow

YESTERDAY

It seems like yesterday we used to have dreams
Life was full of love and we all enjoyed the beauty of life resources
We dialogue with the gods and speak in our mother's tongues
I used to look up the sky, stretched my hands and reach it
The lives we live was no fairy tale
Because deep down in our heart we can feel it
There was no pride, every man can fend for himself
I remembered i used to walk down the street like i own it
God was living with mankind, we had everything we needed
I woke up one morning and saw the world i knew has changed
It has become a nightmare i never thought would become a reality
Evil now lives in our homes, wickedness walks on our streets
The world is no longer big enough to accommodate our dreams
We betray each other for wealth which lapses in time
Pride has blindfolded our judgment, we no longer believe in what’s right
The sky has become far from our reach
We no longer have wings to fly to reach our dreams
Life is now a fairytale; man's zeal for life is lost
No more morning to wake up to
To take these nightmares away
Just like yesterday, everything we once believed in
Are now fragile thought we pray and hope for everyday
I wish life had remain the way it was yesterday
So man wouldn't have to worry about today

WRITE ME A LOVE LETTER

It will be exciting to know deep inside your heart how much you feel about me

I will love to read your love letters every night, just before i go to sleep

My heart is anxiously waiting for you to tell me your dreams

Tell me how much you love me and how much hanging out with me makes you feel

Tell me how you felt when i kissed your lips and hold you in my hands

What runs through your mind when i wrap you in my bosom as we lay together all through the night?

When i told you that i love you, how do these words make you feel?

When i take you out to the beach as we sit, what are the thoughts running through your mind?

I will love to know if it’s okay for you to spend the rest of your life with me

I have this feeling that the words you will write, are going to blow me off my feet

How lovely and romantic it will be to know you have a passion for me

I am going to stay up all night reading your letters

I am going to stay awake and figure out how deep the feelings you have for me inside

Babe, i can't wait to read your first letter and keep the words close to my heart

I know you love me and will always want to keep making me smile

That when you said you love me, you meant it right from the depth of your heart

THE PLIGHT OF THE COMMON MAN

Injustice constantly thrive in our society
The common man left with fate to survive 
Integrity substituted for disloyalty 
His life is determined by unscropulous policies

The common man is left in the hand of the elites
Who dare to tarnish his will of expression
From criticizing a fellow elites
And suffer the cruelty of tyrants

Eachday the common man suffer in neglet and rejection
Eachday the common man suffer from conviction
From a leader, selfish enough to sell his birthright
The common man is regarded for an outcast

He is irrelevant if he cannot afford a car 
He is irrelevant if he can not afford a roof over his head
He is irrelevant if he can not buy away his guilt and disloyalty
The common man is cheated upon and prejudice for lamenting 

The life of the common man is like that of a sailor
With a life jacket shipwrecked, lost and floating on sea
Hoping for a rescue ship to sail by 
As he hardly holds on to survive

Praying to be alive long enough to be revived
To overcome a sad and frustrating day
He has but one alibi in life to content with
That is to hope for a better tomorrow

I've got you that is everything I need

Tomorrow might be hard but i got u

Am satisfied and can walk all day with a smile

And still feel brand new because i got u

If I wake up one morning and find the world crashing down

I wouldn't be scared because i got you

You despise my friends for reasons not obvious

If loving you was wrong then I don’t know what else to do

Cause all I have been guilty of is loving you

And now I am suffering for a crime I didn’t commit

I am afraid I am loosing you, or are you too blind to see?

My heart is fragile and might not be able to tread much longer

THE DAIRY OF A MAN

The life of a man is like a big book
Each seconds is like a letter
Each minute a word
Each hour a phrase
Each day a sentence
Each week a paragraph
Each month a page
Each year a chapter

His days are full of sorrow and joy
Of progress and setbacks
Sometimes he laughs
And other times he cries
But life never tells us the reason why
Yesterday he got delivered of a baby boy
What a great joy filled his life
And just this morning, he lost his job
He won a multimillion dollar contract two weeks ago
And lost his mom the week after
He got his masters degree three months ago
And got demoted for something he knew nothing about a month after
Last year he went on a honeymoon overseas with his wife
And this year she divorced him for not being man enough

Like a book a reader never knows when it's going to end
Until he reads it to the end
So is the life of a man
He never knows where he will end his life
Knows now what tomorrow holds for him
Until the end of his life
But like the author of a book
Who knows where and how the books ends
So also is our God who knows our future
And is able to bring us to an unexpected end
So why worry?

BUTTERFLY

You are a beautiful, attractive and a reserved girl
You've got a unique look of an angel
The fragrance of your beauty never seizes or fades
You wear a glamorous smile that catches the heart for decades
Sometimes I hope you sneak by so I can catch a glimpse of you
The scents of the flowers in my heart has a touch of love I found in you

The wings you spread around me makes me trip
I get obsessed with eternal feelings for you
I want to provide the things you desire
I don't mind been a rose for you

THE GIRL ON THE DANCE FLOOR

I can't get my eyes of the girl on the dance floor
The way she wind her waist, gets me off my feet
She is completely all over the dance floor
Her feet and body flows with the rhythm
Like the song was playing from her heart
I can imagine an angel on the dance floor
Can't take my eyes of her pretty dress
There is something magical about her 
The way she smiles when she walks down the hall
In my heart I was praying for the DJ to repeat the song
I was hypnotized with thoughts of dancing with her tonight
She is radiant and completely out of my league
I don't stand a chance with her moves on the dance floor as she takes the lead
She is flawless, I couldn't help staring at her pretty lips and blue eyes


The girl on the dance floor is one of a kind
I would bet a billion dollar to want to see her again
I can't seem to get her off my mind since I set my eyes on her
She is all I have been dreaming of lately
I want to dance with her down from the depth of my heart again tonight
I have falling in love with the girl I met on the dance floor
I couldn't take my friends advice, it seems I was losing my mind
I couldn't loose my one chance to be acquainted with such a charming girl
Though I didn't get her name, but I was content dancing with her on the dance floor
She's got such a soft voice, something tells me that I am going to see her again
I have a feeling she is not far from the moon
That I have a good chance of seeing her again soon

MY DECISION

I have made up my mind
To stick with you forever
To put my lusty desire aside
To blindfold my eyes
So that I look at no other
I have warned my feet
To run after no other woman
And spanked my lips
To kiss no other damsel
I have decided inside me
To be there for you

To celebrate your joy with you

I couldn't help thinking how my life would be

It’s another day, another opportunity to see what life got in stock for us

It’s another privilege to correct all our wrongs

Another day to spend time with our love ones

Another day and grace to start life all over again

Another chance to show appreciation to those that have help us

Another day to forgive the people that have wronged us

Another day to thank God for keeping us healthy and alive

Another day to face our problems, and fight to overcome them

Another day to look forward to tomorrow and the challenges it brings

Another day to decide if we want to be happy and forget about all our pains

Today is brand new day, you can decide how you want to spend it

DESTINY

Nothing can stop you from achieving your dreams

There is no obstacle that’s too big for you

God knows your destiny

He has given you the remote

To decide how you want to picture your destiny

Every morning I thank God for my life

I thank God for my limitations, it gives me the opportunity to grow

I thank God for my shortcomings, they remind me that I am human

I thank God for all the pains I go through in life, it teaches me to be strong

I thank God for the challenges I face in life, it gives me the courage to fight on

I thank God for allowing the sun to shine on me

Each day He gives me another opportunity to set things right

I thank God for showing me love, it reminds me that I have a heart

I thank God for the hates, this teaches me how to forgive

I thank God for the salvation of the soul, it’s the only assurance to eternal life

I thank God for lifting heaven so high

So I can look up to Him to become who I am destined to be

WHO THE CAP FITS

     Why do we struggle and fight for leadership

The qualities of leading a nation cannot be bought

Silver nor gold, neither diamonds cannot make one become a viable leader

You've got to have the portraits inherent in you

You've got to be certain you deserve the right to be called a leader

Don't just buy your way through and think it’s okay

Your selfish ambitions are in the way of reality            

It's going to catch up with you some time in life

You've got to be proud of who you are and work hard to achieve your dreams

Living a false life will only be benefiting for a while

It can never get you all the achievements and success you are dreaming of in life

Look up the sky, you can't see beyond the clouds

That’s how the life you are living looks like deep down under

You can never understand or predict all your tomorrow

You will only succeed in misleading lives of the people who believed in you

What’s going to be, cannot be altered in our lives

No amount of injustice can stop the stars from shining

Be faithful and let your heart guide you

You've got to let down your guard

For once think about the people you want to lead

If truly you have their consent in heart

Your name will be written on the tombstone in men’s heart
And you will be exonerated above your expectations
Because it’s who the cap fits that can wear it
